Before purchasing, please note:

• All sales are final
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted
• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (unless faulty)

Each piece from Sixth Dimension Gems is designed in Australia and made in small batches — handcrafted by master artisans in Jaipur, India, or created by Louisa in the Southern Highlands, NSW. Every piece is carefully quality checked and shipped from Australia.

As a small, independent jewellery brand producing limited quantities, returns have a significant impact on our business. We encourage customers to choose thoughtfully before purchasing.

SDG pieces are designed to be collected, layered and loved over time, so we recommend reviewing product descriptions, measurements and images carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, we are always happy to help before purchase.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please note that natural gemstones and handcrafted jewellery may show small variations in colour, shape and texture. These characteristics are part of the beauty of handmade pieces and are not considered faults.
